As woman who have responsibilities whether family orientated or 

career orientated,it is important to start our day in the right 

way. 


Partaking of a healthy balanced breakfast before starting the 

day can help us keep on top of things as it provides an energy 

boost.

Mixed fruit

As well as eating well to help with everyday activities and 

keeping the body hydrated, it is important to drink water at 

least glasses a day. It will also keep your skin looking good.
