Good evening everyone,

It's been such a long day, we are sat here with a brew writing this

article for you. As we were on the tube on the way home today, we 

got into a conversation with an elegant and eloquent lady heading 

towards Kent.  As the conversation went on, she happened to mention 

a topic about undergarments.

“Underwear can either make or break an outfit”

There is nothing more important that wearing the right undergarment 

appropriate for an outfit.  

Underwear is essential to our everyday lives as women. It is one of 

the KEY aspects of getting dressed and feeling sexy.

Firstly, knowing your RIGHT bra size is key when going bra shopping. 

There is nothing more revolting than a lady wearing a wrong bra size 

which is either too high up at the back or there is nip/slip :(.

Once you know your right bra size, there are 4 essential 

bras every woman should own:

Triumph. It is important as a full - cupped woman to wear bras with

the RIGHT panties under your outfit can make a huge difference to 

your outfit.  It is unattractive going out with your panty line 

showing or the colour showing under your outfit. 

Every woman should possess different panties that would work with 

their outfits. Some essential type of pants are:

Lastly, if you are a plus sized woman , wearing girdles under your 

outfit can help enhance and shape you.  

Once you have perfected the art of wearing the right underwear 

appropriate for your desired outfit, there is a higher possibility 

of the outfit looking good. Brands like Spanx, Truimph and Debenhams 

sell decent girdles for body magic *wink*
