It's such a strong  fundamental doctrine in Buddhism that we strongly believe in.

Treat people how you would like to be treated, KARMA is only a bitch if you are!!!

- The Logic behind KARMA -

 No need to revenge.

Just sit back and wait.

Those who hurt you will eventually screw up themselves and if you're lucky, God will let you watch.

- If you don't want bad KARMA -

Be Grateful

Act with love

Check your motives

Watch you attitude 

Forgive

We are very aware, that our/your actions cause Karma's reactions!!!! It's unnecessary wasting your time on revenge, those that hurt you will eventually face their own KARMA.

Just be sure to keep your circle positive, say good words and think good thoughts because what goes around sure does come back around.

Even in the bible, Galatians 6: 7-9 states:

Be not deceived: God is not mocked for whatever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption: but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season, we shall reap if we faint not.

This is to prove that KARMA does exist to a certain extent in CHRISTIANITY!!!

Everything we do in life has repercussions in one way or another and it's impossible to escape the consequence of your actions. It is of vital importance to be careful how we live our lives as human beings. It's just like the number 8! It goes around and comes back around.

It's just the principle behind it that really matters. If you are good, good things will come your way. If you're bad, you'll probably be catching FIRE sooner that you can imagine. KARMA is fair, does justice and makes us link our actions with the results.

IT TEACHES US TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR ACTIONS.

- Be a risk - taker. Life is too short to be too conservative. Live a life of excitement, for you will look back and realise it was worth it in the end -

- Love your FAMILY. Never neglect them.. Blood is always thicker than water and when every other person lets you down, family will be all you have -

-If you can make a difference in someone's life:JUST DO IT. If can speak for those who have NO voice... why not? GOD will actually bless you beyond measure. Don't be scared to help others-  

- Lastly, live every moment or day like it's your last. Nobody knows tomorrow. Might as well make the most of each day because life itself is a miracle -

- Past and Future - 

What else is at stake to the choices you make than just your future? You just may be living someone else's life and not found yours yet. Whatever the case is, because your past did't work out as planned doesn't mean that your future can't be better than you ever imagined.

-Past and Future : Turning the bad to good -

You have the power to turn things around. Pick up yourself from your failures and turn them into positivity. You don't always have to make the same mistakes your parents made so be weary of parental advice. Most of the time it's very useful as they are wiser ... The saying goes.. What an elder can see sitting down, children can't see even if they stand.  Turn your vices to opportunities so you don't have the suffer the repercussions of your mistakes forever. The past is where you learned the lesson, the future is where you apply the lesson.

-Past and Future: Passing on the legacy- 

What we do and the choices we make in life will affect the next generation after us.  It will have an effect on your family line. Our life isn't REALLY our own. People are affected by our lives and it can either be positive or negative. It's not all about prosperity by also the values we possess and instil in others are crucial to the lifestyle the generation after you will live. 

DEUTERONOMY 32:7 - "Remember the days of the old; consider the generations long past. Ask your father and he will tell you, your elders and they will explain to you".

-Past and Future: Remember the sacrifices made -

Remember the sacrifices you have made for yourself and the ones others before you have made to make life comfortable for you. Most of the time, when making your choices you have to put into consideration the hopes, dreams and aspirations of those who sacrificed a lot for you. Don't let them down. Be very aware of your past generations as what they have done for you was a labour of love.

1 THESSSALONIANS 5:18 - " Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you".

HOWEVER

Common mistakes majority of us make is that we believe some decisions we have made about ourselves to continue being true and it's mostly negative. It eventually then follows us into our future which can be detrimental.

- We BELIEVE things like -

I'm not good enough

I'll never have my dream body

I'm ugly

People don't like me

To a certain extent, it's part of the human nature. But when it becomes a part and parcel of our lives by us recreating experience and convincing ourselves that we would never be good enough is when there is an ALARMING problem. It's important for us as individuals to remain optimistic and work on our weak spots instead of dwelling on them and reassuring ourselves that it can NEVER change.

 If EVERY child gave up learning how to walk gave up at first attempt, how many people will be walking today? 

If you fail just know that you are one step closer to success!!! There is no such thing as a losing streak. 

It is important to have the self - fulfilling prophecy attitude!!!

Your past WILL NEVER define your future unless you want it to!!!

In order for your event not to flop, get your number right. Send messages as invites to your expected guests and try as much as possible to confirm the numbers. It's essential so you don't run out of food & drinks or not have enough food.

Work on your playlist, paying attention to detail makes a huge difference when planning events. Sort out your menu for the bbq and it's always better to keep it simple. 

Marinade the raw meat in advance and freeze if necessary as it makes all the difference before barbecuing as it tastes so much better. Get your sauces and marinades ready for the day. 

Don't forget to buy your drinks and if you are going to have a cocktail bar, make sure it's adequately stocked with what's needed to make uber cocktails.

-BIOGRAPHY-

Yhumie is a fast rising saxophone artist who is demanding attention and recognition; he is  a sight 

to see with his emotive musical pieces which truly highlight how unique he is. He is a stand out

 act who's talents are far beyond any that we have seen recently.  His skill set allows him to have

 a diverse repertoire  of musical stylings such as JAZZ, GOSPEL, AFRO JAZZ, HIGHLIFE, 

R&B etc. 

- BACKGROUND -

Yhumie was born and raised in Nigeria the last of five children and the only son;  from

 the tender age of 4 he already showed signs of talent and a love for music. He is a soft spoken, 

humble man who lets his amazing work speak for him.  He attended a prestigous school of arts in 

Nigeria's capital Lagos and this allowed him to become astute in playing the saxophone. While 

perfecting his craft during his time in Lagos Yhumie had to invest countless hours of practice and 

eventually this allowed him to develop his unique style. His cultural up-bringing has assisted him in 

his musical path as he can blend his deep rooted cultural style in to his nurtured saxophone works. 

- MUSIC -

Yhumie quickly bust on to the scene with his "Since 1960" piece and since then has played with 

world class artists such as  Teemac, Ayo Bankole, Wole Oni, Stella Damascus, BennethOgbeiwi, 

J. Martins, Cobhams A.etc. He will continuously rise as an artist and keep gaining respect within the 

music industry. He has been well sort after in opening performances for big prestigious events: 

“THISDAY Awards” for former US President Bill Clinton and then Governor of California,  Arnold 

Schwarzenegger held in Lagos. He also shares his talents at weddings, tours and high class 

bars and lounges. He has opened up ministrations and praise worship for various church programs in 

various countries; RCCG Euless, USA, Jesus House Farm Branch, USA, PGIC Hayward, USA, 

Praise and Worship featuring Dare Davids, and African number#1 gospel artist Sonnie Badu.

We can testify that he is such an amazing performer and serenader!!! Get in the know!!!

TAKING A BREAK FROM YOUR RELATIONSHIP

Most of the time, it's all about getting the girl/guy of your dreams and NOT about how to be a successful couple!!!

"Ignore the risk and take the fall. If it's meant to be, it's worth it all"!!!

We all know relationships are HARD WORK. It starts off all fun and sweet, until it has to pass the test of true love. Don't be scared to take this leap, it's well needed sometimes to bring back the steam!!! So therefore, if this is what it takes for both of you to come back stronger and healthier then ....

Go and Come Back

When you are pre - occupied trying to find the person of your dreams, you keep getting into the vicious circle of dating. Sometimes, a break is needed to have time to think if the person you are with is who you REALLY want to be with. Taking a break will bring you back to reality if the relationship is not really what you want.

Love/Hate

When you spend a lot of time with someone, you get to know them more and the positive and negative aspects of their lives. Sometimes, you might just need a break from each other for a short time. However, taking a break over 3 months or even longer shows that something is DEFINITELY wrong. 

A rejuvenation break is what we mean. Just time to get over each other and return back into the relationship healthier and stronger with a fonder heart. It can be seen as a couple's test. If it's meant to be, it will be and if it's not then that's it. In a relationship, 'ifs and maybe's' can't be ruling throughout.

Feeling Claustrophobic?

Men are mostly susceptible to this kind of break. Sometimes, frustration mounts and they clearly need their own space for a while. Even if it's just a weekend away from each other, alone time is always needed and it gives them an opportunity to indulge in their favourite activities like reading books, watching their favourite TV channels... Whatever floats their boat.

Time to think things over?

Guessing this is one, that everyone hates... The CRISIS! Did he/she just cheat on me???

Or something just as unforgivable. At this point, a break is clearly needed to think things over and decided if it's worth the stress going back or not. Especially because the trust is skewed at this point.

These are some tips to show that something is wrong  in your relationship.

Feeling Calmer

Passion is essential in a relationship but it can wear you out. A break can be needed for a moment of calm time so you don't burn out. This is a time when a relationship break can be really helpful.

Making sure it's LOVE

This is very beneficial. As the saying goes 'absence makes the heart grow fonder'. If you take a break and this is not happening, then surely you know the love is lacking. The sooner you realise this, the better.

A BREAK IS NOT BREAKING UP!!!

This is such a popular misconception. Some believe that once they have taken a break from the relationship, the relationship is over. This should not be the case, it's just time to yourself for a short period to find yourself. That's all!
