Ladies the game of love comes with its cost and the pain we experience from each relationship can leave scars. When a heart has been broken by a loved one it truly sucks. As women we fall in love differently to men and with this being said we have to be careful who we give our heart to. When things have gone bad and its time to MOVE ON it can be so so hard. To all the women who are experiencing heart ache this summer DO NOT hold on if the man has done you wrong. How come as women we let men trample all over us and treat us like trash and still remain in the midst of that mess. Please young women know when its time to move on and love yourself. HE HAS TO GO. Do not fear to let go of men who are not worthy of us.

Now there comes a point when we have to stop accepting the rubbish that men sometimes throw out, stop loving people who do not love you. Finding the strength to leave can be hard hard hard but we assure you it will be worth it in the long run. When leaving a good relationship that is hard enough but when letting go of a bad one its surprising how hard that is as well. When we have propensity to constantly forgive and forget we are giving these men more chances to hurt us.
Back to Naija food cooked the LOCAL WAY!! Oh... How I've missed this. Glad to touch down LAGOS CITY for a few weeks before I jet set to my NEXT destination. Going to make my short holiday back home COUNT!! Be on the look out for interesting things i'll be posting on the blog.
Can't wait to resume my usual beach trips on a boat from the Civic Centre to Ilashe. It's always one for the books. It's my ideal location to chill and reflect and also have fun at the beach house with my family and have a good time.

In order to be great, you have to think about it constantly to help give you direction. Think of things to do to constantly keep improving yourself and ingenious ways to achieve your goals. Being great requires a lot of dedication and discipline : You have to obsess about it to a certain extent and make moves to help you achieve it. There is no point obsessing about it and not doing anything to bring you closer to greatness.
Greatness doesn't require talent. It requires hard work and dedication. Keep practicing on whatever you want to achieve greatness in, put in the hours day in day out in order to carve your skills to make them ALMOST perfect. It takes time and does not come overnight. Involves constant perseverance.
